I Found A Stone Owl?

So I was playing on my farm, I had emptied out it all, and there was a huge space of emptiness I was gonna plant my crops, I sleep, and BOOM! A weird looking stone owl is sitting in the middle of that space, does anybody know what this does/is?

Wow! That's a really rare event. The statue doesn't do anything but it's super, super, SUPER rare! If I remember correctly, you have a 1% chance of it triggering every night. Then it scans your farm looking for 50 clean tiles with nothing on them (no weeds, buildings etc...) and then either the Stone Owl or Strange Capsule spawns! The Stone Owl has the same spawn rate alledgedly but it's been recorded far less than the Strange Capsule... Check out the wiki page https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Strange_Capsule! Not much is really known about it.

Its a rare event thats similar to the Strange Capsule one.
As mentioned before, there is theoretically a 1% chance of it occuring.

Woah! That's really cool. Time to keep that space clear for getting a strange capsule, I wonder if these will do something with the full 1.3 update?

That's the same as the meteor! But you need a 50x50 instead of 2x2.

Not a 50x50 space, there's a 1% chance that the event will trigger, and then once it's triggered it'll scan any 50 random spaces on the farm (including where houses, ponds, and buildings might be) and if all those 50 randomly selected spaces are clear, the rare capsule/stone owl will spawn. It's very hard to get, you're very lucky!

Wow... that is super rare. Some time ago, it wasn't even known if the owl even existed in the game, because it's so rare. WOW!!!
