Is squid for squid ink worth the effort?

So I know it’s a tailoring ingredient as well as part of the sea foam pudding recipe and the squid itself for calamari, but is it even worth the trouble for some of those resources? Like sea foam pudding gives +4 fishing but Lobster Bisque gives +3 fishing for ingredients much easier to come by. I’m just trying to find decent fish to farm for decent resources aside from using lava eel for profit. Should I just go with squid or just focus on other fish?

Squid ink has less value than the roe you get from other fish. The only thing i can find that the ink is good for is crafting it with a flounder and midnight carp to create seafoam pudding.

So it probably isnt worth it in my opinion. I have been clearing my squid pond for other alternatives.
