Large egg -- > Golden quality mayo, 285g
Void egg -- > Void mayo, 275g
+40% for Artisan and +20% for Rancher
There is no large void egg. And mayo is not very profitable.

Void is just less work for less profit. Regular chickens are better when you pet them and raise their hearts.

If you want animals just for profit, none are close to the truffles pigs dig up for you. When you turn them into oil worth much more. Yes chickens are worth more than void chickens.

pigs are not productive at all on winter and you have to walk around grass to find where the pig drop the truffle

Crops are way better in making money than any animals. Just make enough for community center bundles and sell them, chickens are not worthy any additional attention.

Void chickens are better by far. They lay eggs every day if they're happy, same as chickens, but chickens only have a CHANCE at laying a large egg.

Ducks are more money per mayo, but only lay an egg every other day.

I think void chickens are the most profitable coop animal, then chickens. Dinosaurs are the worst.

It's up to you. Void are only slightly more money. You also have to incubate them, since you can't buy them, and incubation takes like a week, I think? So it would take time to replace them anyways.
