Planning My End Game Farm Layout

Ancient Fruit Keg Setup
1050 outdoor crop tiles + 116 green house crops tiles --> 1200 crop tiles
1200 crop tiles / (136 keg tiles per Big Shed) --> 9 Big Shed
- 9 Big Sheds (Keg)
- 1 Big Shed (item & decoration storage)
- 1 Big Shed (seed maker house)

The crops are going to be Ancient Fruit, so that I won't need to go buy seeds every time. I'll just be planting it once for 3 seasons.
Since I have estimate 1200 crops, I'll have to make 1200 seeds for next year in Seed Maker, so yearly, about 600 ancient fruit subtracted from the total.

I kept Slime Hutch and Bee House for the sake of having all the game contents on the farm; they're pretty useless later on.
Space reserved by trees on bottom could be later be made usable to move around the farm for aesthetic purposes, but for now focusing on the crops.

Your thoughts? Suggestions? :)

For tree planting:
1. Quarry - don't need to worry about npc traffic
2. Spa - a bit more highly trafficked but has a lot of space

For tapping: You can use other areas, Cindersap Forest, etc. but as you mentioned you need to be careful of taps getting destroyed. I would start with the quarry, and then work on the spa. There might be a map that shows npc routes so you can avoid those paths. I remember seeing a reference to one, and also a reference to it being out of date with the new update.

Good call. quarry is pretty convenient location where I can ride cart to, and no NPC walks there. Railroad, where spa is located, that could be a good place too. I might need to do some tests.. I see one year old posts saying NPC go around trees instead of destroying it.

I don't think the trees are the problem, for destruction, the taps though might be an issue.
If your greenhouse with 116 kegs is up and running, you should have a good weekly income to fund your project. Except for the oak resin and ancient fruit seeds all other stuff can be bought from Clint and Robin if needed.
Ok guess I'm done with the planning now...
Using the quarry, bus tunnel, road, and cellar as keg storage later, I will not need to build 6 keg sheds, just 2.
I placed down 4 Junimo Hut right now, and they do pretty good job. The layout will work after all.

That is impressive. Kudos.
Just keep in mind that Junimos don't work on rainy days ...

And sometimes they just don't finish the job on a sunny day so you will want to inspect the little blobs' work :)
Lol Junimos need days off to dry off or to get some sunlight vitamins ;)

...
Oh wait, they rest all the time unless it's time to harvest?
Where's my whip?
