Sorry the the misunderstanding, there is only the host and another player. So, she can get two extra cabins built.
If the host started the farm in multiplayer and only requested one extra player to a max of 2 players, then that may be restricting the buildings, i dont know for sure.
But the host CAN open the farm in single player mode, then go to Robin to build extra cabins, save ,and reopen in multiplayer and invite you to join.
