Community Center - Can't add to Bulletin Board bundle

I've searched these forums and Google generally and can't find any mentions of this, so I'm hoping it's not a duplicate; but I do hope it's an easily answered question.

I'm a fairly new player (PC version, single player), and I've been working on the Community Center bundles. I haven't yet finished any of the full room bundles, just sub-bundles. I can see through my ... personal info manager thing ... that the Bulletin Board bundle does in fact still have a lot of things still missing. But a few "days" ago, I stopped being able to add anything to that bundle (and ONLY that one). The plaque thingy is smaller than the others, and clicking on it does nothing; for comparison, clicking on the Fish Tank plaque lets me go into the Fish Tank bundle and add to those collections.

So ... is something broken? Did I slip below some kind of required threshold? (I wasn't worrying about the social part before and I've been trying to address that, in case having at least one villager give a rip about me was necessary for me to try to earn more Friendship, but so far it hasn't helped.) Alternately, did that bundle decide I was close enough and it's satisfied for some reason???

Do you have it unlocked? I think finishing 1 Crafts Room bundle unlocks the Pantry, 2 bundles unlock fish tank, 3 is boiler room, 4 is vault, 5 is bulletin board? Have you finished enough bundles to unlock it?

You have to go directly into the community center. You can't add items to the bundle through your inventory.

It is unlocked; I've contributed some items to each of the sub-bundles in it. (I've unlocked pantry, craft room (now complete), fish tank, boiler room, vault, and bulletin board.) It used to be accessible, but it randomly became inaccessible and smaller partway through.

This *is* directly in the community center, not through my inventory. I use my inventory view to check statuses and have tried to add through it a few times, so I've learned the hard way that doesn't work. In the community center, I can access and add to all other bundles; but in the community center, I can't even access the bulletin board anymore -- even though I've partially filled all its sub-bundles!

Okay, I don't know what happened, but now I can get in, after working hard at repositioning my character and clicking a lot. Maybe it's just really finicky about alignment. Never mind ....

I'm having the same issue right now in my modded world, except i pretty much only need to do the bulletin board bundle. did you play through a couple days and it just worked?

Pretty much, yes, though it's always possible I was mis-clicking for a few days there.
