I'm planting winter seeds and their only producing Winter Root

I've planted at least 40-50 seeds and using the Lookup Anything mod, clicking on them, I can they're all literally nothing but Winter Root, is this just bad luck, or a glitch?

Is anyone else having this kind of issue? Cause I can rule out that its bad luck, I just planted 20 more and they are just Winter Root as well. I can list the mods I have if that'll help

Wait and see what they actually grow into, there should be a variety not just the winter root even though it says that they are all winter roots. For example, when I've planted spring seeds it'll label them all horseradish even though when finished growing I'll get a variety of spring forageables. At least this seems to be what I remember from using a mod like Lookup Anything.

Ah okay, yeah, they grew and they were a bunch of different winter plants, thank you!
