Hey,

Just to be sure, since I don't know if it's normal or not, but at the fair, playing at the wheel, something like 95% of the time it would fall on green.

Is it a abnormal or have I been blessed by RNGesus?

It's always a 75% chance of it being green when you spin. So if you are green around 95% of the time, that's pretty decent rng

Oh. I'm curious, was it ever explained why it is like that?

There was a post about this a long time ago that I can't find at the moment, but it explained it rather well. Basically, it has to do with the maths of how the odds and results of this minigame are calculated. With the way it's set up, the arrow will statistically speaking land on green more often than it will on orange.
