So no. In fact, none of the bundles have any sort of time limit.
For the Quality Crops bundle, I personally like to plant LOTS of Parsnips during the Spring. Usually I get the 5 I need by the end. In Summer, I plant 15 Corn using basic Fertilizer. Corn continues to produce throughout Summer and Fall. I also like to plant 15 Mellons with Fertilizer, then 15 more as soon as I can afford the investment in seeds. When the first batch is grown, I replant. Between all three batches, I get enough quality ones to complete the bundle.
If that fails, you still have a second shot during Fall with Pumpkins.
The one thing you do want to consider doing is to try to plant an Apple tree by say .. the 3rd week in Summer. It will take a Season to mature, but if you do it early enough, you'll get enough apples to complete the Fodder Bundle, and help with the Artisian Bundle.
Also, keep an eye on the Traveling Cart, look for Rabbit's Feet and look for Milk and Eggs. Large Milk and Large Eggs can be put towards the Animal Bundle. Regular Milk can be turned into Cheese for the Artisian Bundle.
