Abigail level 20 mines event

I'm currently going through all of the things in the 1.3 update and one of them is a new event at level 20 in the mines with Abigail, but nothing is happening. I went to level 20 with both the elevator and on foot but nothing happened. How do I do the event?

After the 10-Heart Event
After viewing Abigail's 10-heart event, she will appear in The Mines on level 20 on days when it is raining. She will not appear in a Multiplayer game, only in single-player mode.

u might wanna look the wiki usally u can see what u need to do to activate the events for the diffrent people

So does it just replace the old 10 heart event where you enter the mines and she gets attacked by a bat?

I don't think it's a cutscene, she's just there kinda hanging out and you can chat with her if you want.

Important, no, but I'm assuming it's unique. Like "Thanks to you, I was brave enough to come down here" or something.

Well, based off of what she says in conversation it seems as though she already goes to the mines, so I doubt that. But if it's just a little detail for the game then I won't bother trying to activate it.

No, but it occurs after watching the 10 heart event.
