Statue of Uncertainty - Can I change back?

If I change one of my professions and decide to go back, can I? Or is it a one time use?

I currently have the Gatherer profession on Foraging and want to change for a few days onto Forester so I can get the Lumberjack profession. I want to stockpile hardwood.

Can this be done?

You can use the statue as many times as you want.
