Red Snapper

I am in the winter of year two and all I need to complete the community center is the red snapper. I have gotten most of my fish from the pig cart but I guess I am going to have to start fishing for this one. I am a level 4 fisher. I know that you get this when raining, so I used the rain totem and tomorrow I'll get rain, and plan to be out to the ocean fishing right off. is there a certain type of lure I should use to help me with this and is there a particular place I should fish? (thanks)

I should mention I'd like to get the community center before grandpas evaluation in the spring.

I usually fish successfully near where Willy is fishing. This snapper is not a difficult fish to catch, but make sure you are fishing at the right time, 6am-7pm.

Get the highest fishing rod you can, Fiberglass Rod at your level I think. Use the food buffs, Dish o'The Sea if you have or can make it, otherwise buy/make what you can (can always get Trout Soup from Willy).

Use whatever lure you can, at L4 not much is available I think? Cork bobber is the best but you cannot buy or get the recipe for that until higher fishing levels.

Thanks ehyder --- and luck I had. Got that red snapper on the third hit and now my community center is complete, I have the trophy, and grandpa will be pleased!

Just a note: Lures cannot be used with the Fiberglass rod :~)
