also, if you have stuff in a dresser and then upgrade your house, will the items remain?

The new dresser that you can buy and store your items in and has seprate areas inside for clothes can be moved without removing the items and they will remain safely inside it. The house should be able to be upgraded with the dresser and contents safe but i have not tested this. My normal chests that had stuff inside then were all okay after the upgrade.
