Secret area to the right of Dwarf
its got vegetation and a ladder and an external exit, but i cant figure out how to get to it

Are you talking about the new cave near the quarry? If so, the way to get to it would be to fix the quarry bridge either through the community center or through Joja.

New for 1.4 . Its short and easy, assuming you can handle top 20 levels of Skull Caverns.

The most annoying thing is the skull flying things that can do damage like the serpents in skull cavern.
