Quick question, does desert mines count for the guild challanges?

Np and yeah if a variation of the monster from the eradication quest exist in the skull cavern it'll count towards the quest. As far as I'm aware, only bats and slimes have a variation that spawn in the skull cavern but could be mistaken.
