What's the best level to get quartz in the mines?

its kinda hard to say as no level has more then others. id say the 1st 20 floors but even then your not finding a whole lot.

id reccomend crab pots and recycling machines if you do NOT have "no junk from crab-pots with 25 crabpots thats anywhere from 2-5 refined quartz (as the broken glasses and broken CDs always give refined quartz and nothing else)

the valt bundle in the community center costs 25k and gives a crystalirium so thats 1-2 quartz a day. although in year 1 thats not an option unless you plan ahead for it and is completly irelivent if you do joja

Even better than crab bots, just go grab a junky fishing rod and fish somewhere like in the mines where there's almost no real fish, or in your farm's pond. You'll get plenty of garbage that way, and probably about a third of it turns into refined quartz.

Get one quartz, then get one crystalarium. Put quartz in the crystalarium, then sit back and wait for the crystals to hatch.

You can get a crystalarium from completing one of the vault quests.

They're all over the place, but I seem to find them more often below level 10 or so. Also, your Luck might have something to do with their abundance, or lack thereof. Watch the fortune teller on TV every morning and go to the mines on good luck days.

Yeah, I've been junk fishing for a month now. It seems to work better than trying to find quartz in the mines. Thanks
