Can I play stardew valley with lan and no internet?

Hello! I hope one of you can help me! My husband and me both have stardew valley on steam and can of course play find through steam. But we are getting rid of the internet soon and I was hoping we could contiue to play together! If you can help us out that'd be great! Maybe we can play using hamachi or something.

It did say in the update that you can play online or over a Local Area Network (LAN) so you should be able to play it over LAN in offline mode. try unpluging the internet cable and starting a LAN game to see if it works. hope this was some help for you.
