Cannot change game resolution on title page...
Hi everyone, my game resolution is stuck. Whenever I open SDV, it is too zoomed in and I cannot press anything other than the music symbol on the upper left corner (or anything not displayed within the window for that matter). I cannot press new, load, co-op, or any other buttons.

Does anyone know how to change the resolution without being in-game?

If you can see the music one on the upper left corner, can you see the two squares on the upper right? This will be on the screen where the dog-like animal is or the one where the birds are flying. If you can click that it should put you in windowed mode and then you should be able to adjust your settings.

The File "startup_preferences" in "%appdata%\Roaming\StardewValley\" has the Resolution and Fullscreen option in it, maybe you can change it with a Text Editor.

If you have a high DPI Setting in your Windows (to make things bigger) you can also try to deactivate it for Stardew Valley. Right Click on the "Stardew Valley.exe", go to the Compatibility tab and select "deactivate High DPI Scaling". This should also help. I don't use Windows in English so things may have different names.

No, I cannot see it. I can only see the music icon. My screen is zoomed in on the top left of the title screen

I went in the startup_preferences and pressed ctrl+f and searched for resolution. This popped up:

<fullscreenResolutionX>1366</fullscreenResolutionX><fullscreenResolutionY>768</fullscreenResolutionY>

I replaced the word "fullscreen" with "windowed," so it says:

<windowedResolutionX>1366</windowedResolutionX><windowedResolutionY>768</windowedResolutionY>

I then saved the document and opened SDV, resolution fixed. I can now see all the buttons (new, load, co-op, the little squares on the top right).

Thank you
