14th Heart Event (Solved 4 Sebastian)

I have Sebastian as my Husband and ive been following him around when he goes places but the heart event hasn't triggered. :( I have all 14 hearts(it wasn't hard when i force fed him pumpkin soup LOL)

anyone else have luck yet with the 14 heart event?

EDIT:
So For Sebastian:
Rainy day,Spring(or summer im not 100% sure) leave mines and it SHOULD do the event. ^^; I'll have to test these theory on a new game but that's how i got mine.
EDIT2: The Event continues the next day, when you reenter your house(if Sebastian is outside and then goes back in)

Update I literally just got it right after I posted this comment omg

Here's me posting in hopes of someone figuring out Harvey's. Cause first I could'n find him after a few in game days then when i found him, I built his hearts up to 14 and now I dont know how to trigger his heart event. I figured it be happen if i return home in the evenings or something.

i say go to his usual hang out spots/places you previously got an event. From the screenshot it looks like Harvey's event might be a dinner? Try the Saloon when he goes there or something?

I got the first part of Shane's from walking into town - he was coming out of the saloon, but haven't figured out how to do part 2... I think I have to catch him on Friday when he is at the saloon.

Just walk back into town for the rest of his cutscenes. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. I managed to get it all in one go (across an in game week since i had to build Shane's heart up a bit).

Hi! I actually just got harvey's to trigger after two days of looking for it! You need to make sure you have a fireplace in your house. It mostly wasn't triggering because of that for me. And I got it to trigger when entering my house after 8:30 pm. It was raining but I'm not sure that had anything to do with it. I also have the full house upgrades but again, I am unsure if that has to do with anything but its also good to let you know!
