Is there anyway we can give some money from our funds to another player?

There is a green book in the mayor's house at the top left of his house that allows you to give x amount of g to another player of your choosing. This will instantly give the amount so you don't have to wait till next day or whenever. Hope this helps

Great question id also like to know. I didn't know the update was coming and my buddy and I created a coop game yesterday with the shared money which isn't terrible just annoying sometimes. We just have to communicate.

I think you can change to split wallets by going to the mayor's office? Check the options menu too, but I think it's the mayor's house

In the mayors house next to the book for divorce. It will split the total funds evenly between all players. It takes effect the next day so you can cancel anytime before going to bed that day.

Problems with this is that if it only requires one player to do so, it will force people to split whether they want to or not. And the downside to splitting is you can't funnel all the money into one player to get a certain thing quick.

Example: 4 players have 500g and want to combine money to buy something that costs 2000g the next day but since you cannot just give money then that option is gone.

It's not exactly what I want but I guess it's something. It still helps with me mid game when I don't need money anymore and can share my income with others. Probably a better solution for me would be to just go separate early, then once I have everything I need then switch back to shared wallets. Thank you for the input.

EDIT 11/28/19: I found out that there is a green book in the mayor's house that actually lets you give a certain amount to any player instantly rather than the split method you are talking about.

From what I'm hearing...first its let us have separate money....then now they have it... let us all profit and have same money... either sperate your money and work against each other or put it all to gather and co op it. The only good thing to cone from this separate money everyone wined about will be stardew un co op battle royal. Oh and the trolls and griefers will have a field day with this. Steal everyone's ♥♥♥♥ sell it. Spend all money on pointless crap befor anyone can do anything about it.

Not true. I have been playing separate wallets for 2 days now and it works very well. You make your own money similar to singleplayer and don't have to ask people if you can buy this or that. You can still help each other out with things even if money is separate. And you can easily go to mayor's house and look at the green book on the left and it lets you donate any amount of money you have to any other player.

If others are stealing your stuff, all you have to do is choose not to play with them. Most people will not steal your stuff and are quite respectful. At least with the people i play with. So if you have that in your game, you clearly are playing with the wrong group of people.

Also, fyi, just because money is shared doesn't mean people can't troll. They can easily just spend all your shared money on pointless things. Cut down all your crops or harvest your crops and throw them in the trash bin.

thank you, this information is the correct one that I can vouch for. I found a book in the mayor's house. A green book at the top left of the house which allows you to donate x amount of money to whichever player you want however many times you want while in the house. Very good job on their part to have this in the game for separate wallet feature.
