Where to find the... (spoilers)

Has anyone found the new mines yet? I see the Adventurer's Guild has a monster I haven't killed yet up for a bounty. I've killed the flying skulls in the new cave by the quarry but that isn't the monster the guild wants killed, I guess. Was the new monster just added somewhere in the Skull Caves? I didn't see any other cave entrance in the desert, but maybe I missed it?

Also, has anyone found the fat bear or whatever that's supposed to clean up the town? The patch notes were pretty vague. I just started construction on the movie theater and bigger shed, and on a steel trash can.

Nevermind, there's not a 4th set of mines - the new monster appears in the skull mines rarely. It's a fire-breathing dinosaur, and it dropped a dinosaur egg.

For the other secret note, I found the necklace by [fishing in the tiny pond outside the spa[/spoiler]. It seemed obvious to me once I'd dug up the entire area and shook every bush, but now I'm not sure who to give the item to. I guess I'll go talk to everyone in town and see what happens...

also found monster foot prints in the snow when i exited my farm (right exit by house.)followed them then shook a bush and a little black creature gave me the magnifying glasss.(not sure if this is new tho.)im on year 4.

Fat squirrel is new, the secret notes and magnifying glass are from the previous update. This update only added 2 new notes.

Still, that's cool if it's in winter, since I'm already almost halfway through Fall. Thanks!

Anyone know what the golden scythe does? Does it just harvest a wider area, like 5x5 instead of 3x3? Does it harvest multiple, like how blueberries give 2-3 berries?

At a guess, I would say to try putting either high quality fish, like gold star fish, or fish worth a bit more money like catfish or sturgeon into the jar

Is there new end game events and stuff if you chose Joja Mart instead of the Community Center? I heard they added a new thing to the abandoned Joja, I was thinking if there was one if you went the other route.
