Stardew Valley on Iphone

Hello guys,
I bought this game and i like it (but didnt have time to enjoy it till now) i saw that the game released for ios aswell and i though there is the time to spend to this wonderfull game. The question is, why do i have to buy it on appstore aswell, i already bought it on steam! Why do i have to pay twice in order to play the game on my mobile? A promo code for us who bought once the game is a good idea, what you think?

I don't think that's how most games work. You can't buy a game for Playstation, and get a free copy for Xbox, you know?

There are very, very few instances where buying a game on one system would allow you to get the same game on another system without paying again. The only example I can think of was Final Fantasy XIV... when PS3 support ended, I believe PS3 version owners were offered the PS4 version. But that's the very rare exception.

Yes ok, but i think its a good suggestion, if developers can do that for us, we will be very greatfull.

The developers really have no say in this... it would be up to Steam and Apple to reach a deal like this, and since that would mean less profit for one of them with each sale, there's almost no way this will ever happen. Sorry, but it's just wishful thinking.

That is VERY wishful thinking. Companies rarely will do this, like it was mentioned. It's just like other games now where you have to buy another copy for another device. I own SDV on both my laptop and the switch. I'm happy with both purchases. While it is a suggestion, it doesn't work like that in the real world unless you come across that rare time. Especially when Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony are all competing against each other.
