Save File Location for Multiplayer

Is the save stored on Steam or saved locally? Going on a trip and won't have access to my PC, but was hoping I could still play my multiplayer session somehow/ Thanks for any and all help with this! :)

The host file as far as I can tell has all the save data for the farmhands. So if you are just joining someone else's game then it should be fine. If you are host it is stored in the %appdata%/stardewvalley/saves directory.

Hey, I am able to host in either my mac or my pc the same save files so its also stored in your steam cloud.
