Nearly twice as long. I planted mixed seeds in a neighboring plot without sprinklers on the same day i planted my main crops, and the parsnips in the mixed batch grew normally while it was a few days before the main field matured, and it was the same type of crop
It sounds like you are comparing parsnip wild seeds to regular parsnips.
Try this --
Plant the same number of parsnips in a field with sprinklers and in a field without sprinker.
Water them both the day you plant them.
Then water the field without sprinklers and do not water the field with sprinklers.
Take a picture each day to document your progress.
And record on which day one or the other is ready to harvest.
Post pictures here.
But there are no wild seed parsnips. Mixed seed parsnips are exactly the same as seed packet parsnips
Ohhhh okay that makes sense, it's just delayed growth. Good to know!
