It doesn't matter who you marry, there's no best spouse. All spouses do the same chores for you sometimes except some mornings, they all make different breakfasts and gift you different things.

If you like one particular npc already that you can marry, (they'll be listed as "(single)" in the villager's tab), then you go for him/her. If you ended up "disliking" the npc you marry, you can divorce them at Lewis's house; there's a book on a nightstand. Divorces cost like 50k gold.

If you have no available space on your farm, your game crashes and your save file is deleted. Upon starting a new game, every NPC sprite is permenantly replaced with a nude Alex sprite. Attempting to replace the files with the original will cause the cenobites to appear and rip you to bloody shreds over and over again for all eternity.
