Anyone know of a good way for iridium farming in the multiplayer?

I was under the impression that Skull Cavern was the only way to farm iridium.

Have everyone go to the mines? You should, theoretically, be finding the ladder/hole 2-4x faster. I can usually get to floor 40ish by myself in multiplayer, which tends to get me enough for 2-5 bars. We're on Summer Y2 and have, I think, 3 iridium tools, a few crystalariums, and a handful of iridium sprinklers, so... like 25 bars on a duo farm.

Sorry I am in the Skull Cave it was more getting to floor 100 before the day ends... Is it just lots fo rng and luck?

go in the mine with your max luck ( watch tv fortune teller) use bombs and lots of medic = fastes way

Lots of luck required - there's a hidden luck stat in the game, the TV will tell you your luck for the day, spicy eel or lucky lunch boosts your luck stat temporarily, and the secret notes can potentially help you unlock a permanent luck boost

luck helps you find the holes that drop you down 3-15 levels, and increases the chance of you hitting 15 instead of 3

also affects the amount of ladders that appear, so if you use megabombs, you should at least find 1 ladder or hole in a cluster of 20 rocks

otherwise bring a stack of 999 stone and drop 10 staircases for the "bad" floors, like infested floors, or spiral shaped
