cannot pick up golden lewis

So I've tried everything, using all iridium tools and I've clicked all over the area and I cannot for the life of me pick up this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ statue. Can someone please help?

you got the secret note right? it cant happen if you havent got the note yet, or have you already placed it?

Weird. I looked at the wiki and it says you can remove it using a tool. I believe I used my pickaxe and it worked. Not sure why that's not working for you.

I didn't use a tool, I think I just walked up and interacted and it gave it to me.

The statue hidden behind the community center needs to be mined up, but not lewis'.

I tried the pikaxe and the hoe, both iridium and it didn't work

You just pick it up. Either click an empty inventory slot, or a tool like the hoe, then walk around that area holding down right-click and it should just appear in your inventory.
EDIT: Might be a dumb question, but are you on multiplayer, and could someone else have gotten it? I'm not sure if it's limited to 1 per file or 1 per character.

Also, just to clarify, you're asking because you haven't gotten it yet, correct? You're not asking because you found it once, placed it somewhere for decoration, and can't pick it back up?

No its single player, and i tried clicking EVERYWHERE

It worked for me when using an empty slot (don't use mousewheel but the numbers on your keyboard to select it) in my inventory, then running around the place where it should be and right clicking all the time. ^_^
