anyone know how to make gold artisan goods? iridium qual produce does not work

Truffle oil, honey, cloth, maple syrup, pine tar, and oak resin cannot have a higher quality. Large eggs and milk will give gold mayonnaise and cheese. I believe the cellar and casks are the only way to age alcohol (and cheese further), and it ages to silver quality first, then gold, before going to iridium. Though, I have to ask, what about iridium quality produce isn't working? I've never heard that before.

as in a large iridium milk was just giving a gold cheese and nothing higher and unless you turn you cheese to purple its better to just sell it as milk
large purple milk base price is 380 and gold cheese is 300
but than purple cheese is only 400 so not much of a increase anyway XD

Ah. I see. Yeah, with the artisan profession (level 10 farming if you took rancher at 5), iridium cheese is worth it, especially goat cheese. Artisan iridium cheese sells for 560, and goat cheese sells for 1050. I absolutely use my casks for goat cheese. But, again, only worth it with the artisan profession.
