Mermaid's Pendant

I'm asuming that the mermaids pendant is the amulet the old mariner has, problem is, he hasnt come to his spot in a while. Is this normal?

I think there are other things that can occasionally cause him to not appear? Or he leaves at a certain time in the day... Last time we had rain in our multiplayer game, one of my farmhands went to see him around like 8PM and he wasn't there... weird.

The wiki specifically states that you must enter the beach before 7p.m.

'around like 8PM ' is not before 7 p.m.


'around like 8PM ' is after 7 p.m.

So I would ever so politely suggest that there is a connection between your farmhand's arrival time at the beach and the non-appearance of said mariner.

You know, you say "politely," but that doesn't always make it so.

It wasn't worth it to us to check the wiki. I will concede that I didn't read the whole discussion thread on here when I posted, so I hadn't seen your excerpt from the wiki. That's on me. My bad.
