Willy doesn't appear in day 2
i don't have rod ;-;

the forbidden willy's rod..... Also, it's probably the time you came to the beach. the cutscene will only start before from the morning(can't remember when) up to 5 pm, so if you came too early or too late, the cutscene won't start.

im already check the mail then i go to the beah but nothing happen.....

You have to go at 5pm. That's why he doesn't appear.

I have noticed going just before 5 pm helps

Yeah but it seems like beta might be having an issue with it a bit

I'd say wait until possibly noon. Is it raining in your save? That seems to effect it now, with several cut scenes. Is Willy's shop open for you?
