JUMINO KART CHEAT
Well use Cheatengine.
Actually every Kart is equal to a number, 3 Karts = 3, 2 Karts = 2, 1 Kart = 1.

IMPORTANT
once you have your value change it manually everytime, do not put it on "always mantain value"

It takes a bit of pratice but its still way better then then normal way.
There are tutorials on the net for those of you who dont know the basics of cheatengine.
