Are there any mods that add new NPCs?

I've looked every once in awhile, but I'm 90 percent sure I've never actually seen a mod that adds new NPCs, or new locations.

Well, I've seen a few mods that add npcs I believe and there are some that add new locations. Can't think of the exact names of them atm but know there are some on Nexus
