Why are my pigs always grumpy?
The silo is consistently filled and i always pet my pigs every day. However, i think the problem is that there is no grass left. Do i have to keep adding grass for them to be happy? If so, thats annoying and what is the point of the silo? (just wanted to add that filling a barn entirely with pigs is VERY worth it, even with it's issues because i get up to 30k a day from it :D)

The biggest point of the silo is that grass doesn't grow in winter so you need to stock up to make it through the season.

And if you are running out of grass in your pasture then you probably need a bigger one. Usually I only keep enough animals to have access to some products rather than to actually make a substantial amount of income from them, so I don't need a huge pasture. You may need to devote quite a bit of space if you have a lot of animals.

You have to put the animal food (grass) in their feeding place if you keep animals inside.
You can take the food from the bin, the grass that is stored in the silo, and put it in the animal feeding places (don't know what it's called).
The silo doesn't do anything except storing the animal food, as far as I know.

Edit: some typo's

i know this but i have the biggest upgrade to my barn and it auto-feeds, and my pigs are always outside so they dont eat the hay which makes them grumpy, i think.

Autofeeder not actually feeding is a known bug, if you upgraded a 1.2 game into 1.3. Strip all hay out of it, feed manually for a day, then refill the silo. this should fix it.

oh ok, and it isnt ALWAYS, some days my pigs are fine so maybe it is this problem. but how do you strip hay from the bench? Also, my other animals are fine all the time, (my cows and sheep in the other barn) so if its the bug, why just the pigs?
