Secret note 23 "May-Pal Syrup" help.
My friend got this in winter (I'm the host btw if it matters) and was able to complete it. I got it in spring, but every time I go there nothing happens. Does it have to be turned in in winter?

I'm wondering this as well, since I got it in spring.

It could be timing? Maybe we need to wait until late spring, or perhaps summer?
