Auto-Grabber at Marnie's

I want to buy the auto-grabber in my ranching focused save, so I can save time milking the cows and expand bussiness, but somehow I can't seem to be able to buy it.

I tried in my first save, where I have community center completed and over 50 million cash and I can buy it in that one, but not on the other.

Anybody knows if there's some kind of pre-requisite you must have before you can buy it?

You may need to improve your relationship with Marnie to get access to it. Or it may be time based. Since this is beta, information on the new equipment is fairly limited. But based on previous unlocks, it's either relationship or time based.

I just did a little test sleeping until year 2 on that file but no luck, still no auto grabber. Maybe it's relationship based as you suggest, don't know, I have 4 hearts with Marnie only so it could be.

No, that doesn't seem to be it, already had it before the beta. I didn't even buy animals before upgrading to deluxe barn, cause I hate having to feed them manually :P.

No, that doesn't seem to be it, already had it before the beta. I didn't even buy animals before upgrading to deluxe barn, cause I hate having to feed them manually :P.

maybe you need to have max friendship with at least one cow or goat? or maybe it is a friendship thing with Marnie.

personally I'm still wondering what causes Evelyn to give you the pot, I've gotten it in two files, one of which had her at max friendship and the other only had her at like 1 or 2 hearts

Maybe it requires a certain level of farming? I'm not sure what level farming you're at. But I have them unlocked on my game at Year 2 Mid-Spring, lv 10 farming, 4 hearts with Marnie, 10+ coop animals, and only the 2 cows. But the cows and a lot of the coop animals are maxed friendship.

I'm not sure I understand. Are you worried that the cows or whatever animals won't be able to reach the auto-grabber, or are you asking if the auto-grabber will auto-grab FROM the kegs?

It seems you guessed it correctly. I tried editing my level of farming to 10 using notepad and after I did I could buy the auto-grabber from Marnie. It's based on your farming level, need 10.

Yeah I'm wondering if it will auto-grab from kegs? Once kegs produce wine, or juice, w/e if it will grab finished product. IDK. It's not animal product, but its an item for barns...right? idk lol worth asking. Dont really wanna mod. but eh. Thanks

It unlocked for me after unlocking the bus to Calico. I also hit 10 farming the day before, so, it is one of those two.

Almost positive that it won't do that. I don't think it grabs hutch stuff either (eggs, wool, ♥♥♥♥ feathers, rabbit's feet) - I think it MILKS and SHEERS the animals, not just vaccuums stuff out/off of them.

it unlocked for me at lvl 10 farming. That was the only achiv. that day. so im fairly confident that is the requirement.

Yes, the auto-grabber is a new item that was added in the beta. And yes, as ladyshel says: it's available in single player, too, but still only in the beta.
