Accidentally skipped a cutscene...

I accidentally skipped Harvey's two-heart cutscene in george's house and thus didn't get the chance to choose a dialogue, ie "Maybe George should stop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and start doing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing."

What happens? And can I fix it?

I have no idea what happens. Maybe no effect on friendship? The only way I can think to fix it is to quit the game before going to sleep and replay the day.

If you haven't already finished that day, you can quit and restart the day all over. If you have, then the cutscene isn't that big of a deal. If you're concerned about friendship, the cutscenes will give you a max of 50 hearts (usually 6-8 hearts), which can easily be made up with a couple of loved gifts. If you're concerned about the storyline, you can always go on the wiki and read the cutscene dialogue.
