just open a lan server but you must be connected to the same internet if im not mistaken, im sorry but last time i played lan was a few years ago

As long as you can connect to the same network/router (even if it has no internet) then you should be able to play a LAN-game.

make one laptop a hotspot or you could use a special lan cable and connect both computers together

Ok, by no internet, do you mean no internet, like being able to surf web and stuff like that, or no router, wifi or ethernet type stuff, cause there is a difference

If it doesn't have wifi either, then no. If the PC has no ability to connect to a network... then it can't connect to a network.
