You can either use what has been said above or discord, teamspeak, ventrilo or any other voice com program.

You can use the pig on Friday and Sunday to communicate in morse code.

you either start a group chat and enable voice or just call the person directly from your chat box, theres a call option

additionally, i suggest using discord which is free. steam voice sucks
