Ducks not laying eggs
I got two ducks in my deluxe coop. I've had them for a few seasons and were laying eggs beautifully. It's winter now, and they've totally stopped laying eggs. I know they only lay eggs every other day, but I haven't had any for several days. Both ducks have all their hearts filled, there's a heater, always hay, and they're happy. What's going on?

EDIT: Ducks seem to be laying eggs now. Have no idea what the problem was, but whatever, I suppose.

Have you recently downloaded any new mods? It's the only thing I can think of that would interfere with egglaying so suddenly and drastically
Are you sure they're not cows in disguise?

No mods at all

I have two ducks, but every two days, I only get one egg. Wish I knew which one was broken so I could sell it!

I found that I had to move my heaters to improve the mood (which was so odd).

One egg every 2 days. For two ducks. That does mean one is broken. Or a male. Maybe Marnie gave you the wrong kind of duckling
Maybe the ducks don't like you.

Talk about a necro!

After a couple in game weeks, they began laying eggs again. I could never find what triggered it, but for those of you who still have problems, try buying or selling a duck and see if that helps.

Thats what happens when you encourage people to use the search bar and find an existing thread about a topic instead of always making a new one.

in winter you need a heater in the barn to get produce.

I'd settle for Cow Eggs.
Your picture and name made me very happy.
Woah... this post is old!

Which is normal for people to do, instead of creating a new pointless thread. Also, I'm having this problem as well. One duck just decided to stop producing anything.
Eat the duck.
