IDK my account got approved for AdSense when I asked for it within a month. The only video I have that is noteworthy is a 2k views one.
You don't need much (I think I have like 10-20 subs at most lol, it's a YT channel for me more than anything)
That is indeed true. Make stuff because you want to, not because there's a paycheck at the end of it.
I've ruined my experience in one game because of that. It became a chore to farm because I could get money out of it so instead of having fun playing a game I was burning myself out scrapping money.
Gaming YT channels are limited with the content you set yourself in too. Most gaming channels have a 2nd one to vlog because of that, it's not mixed together. The audiance and the appeal isn't the same.
Personality will always stand out though no matter what games you play. Athene (d3 fame), Summ1t, imaqtpie, pewdiepie, let's play (AH), dr disrespect, tyler1, etc. It's like a mix of skill of personna.
All I gotta say is this: learn to edit video. Even the basic like cutting and doing transition goes a long way from boring 30 mins video to actually good 15 mins video with witty transition.
