I have two of the Mayor's shorts?
I took the upgrade that makes it so I have a chance to double forage items and it gave me two of his shorts. I don't know what to do with the other pair. Can I sell it? Or is it a worthwhile gift :P?

That's awesome. I guess your option is to see what the dialog is like if you give it to him twice, or sell them and see how much their worth

You can put his shorts in the soup, and get them back. Then you can put them in the festival and get them back. And then you can give them back and everybody in town knows their mayor is a lecherous ♥♥♥♥.

Don't forget to publicly display his praject. For me it's on display in the pig-pen.
