Tools/inventory bug on linux
My tools keep switching, as if I would be pressing the hotkeys constantly. I don't know what to do.
I've played Stardew Valley before on Windows (on the same laptop) and it was running perfectly fine. I just installed it moments ago, and verified the files as well.
Aside from constantly switching tools, the keyboard and mouse inputs seem to be working. I'm on Ubuntu 16.

I doubt it's a problem with my software or hardware, I haven't experienced any problems like that with other games on Steam.
Any ideas how to fix it?

I did read through it before posting, but the instructions are mainly for Windows. If I missed something, please point out which parts could be useful for Ubntu (aside from reinstalling and validating, because I did that already).
Thanks for response though.

I might be on a Mac, but this happened to me once, and once I unplugged and replugged my mouse it was find again.

I unlugged and plugged back in my mouse a couple of times, the tools stopped switching for a second but then it started going crazy again :/ Thanks for a suggestion anyway.
Maybe the game has some problems with wireless mouse? I'll have to see if I still have any wired mouse and try plugging it in...

I might just go ahead and install Windows soon, this is really annoying.

You don't have a controller plugged in do you?

No, although it did give me some controller tooltips. I didn't pay attention to that, so thanks for posting! I guess there might be something wrong with my controller drivers then, I'll try to re-install these.
