Quest and event IDs?

I was seeing if anyone knows what the quest and event IDs are for SMAPI that can be used in the console commands and how to enter it into a command using the correct format? There are lists out there for item IDs in-game but I have not been able to find a list of quest or event IDs.

I was hoping to being able to mark a quest as complete using the below command:

completeQuest <I:ID>

There is another below command that allows an event to be marked as seen, which is why knowing event IDs would be useful too:

eventseen, seenevent <I:ID>

Hopefully someone out there knows something about this? I haven't been able to find any info so far

All item IDs are in one neat file, so it's easy to make a list. Event IDs are saved in locations files, one per location (desert, town, farm, etc.) and quest IDs are stored in Quests.xnb. It'd be a pretty big task to compile a list of all of them...
