Does the quality of a fruit effect the price of wine made from it?
For example, a normal quality Pomegranate is worth 140 G while an Iridium quality Pomegranate is worth 280. If I put an Iridium Pomegranate into a keg and wait for it to turn into Wine, will it sell for 420 G (triple the price of a normal quality Pomegranate), or 840 G (triple the price of an Iridium quality Pomegranate)?

It doesn't, any quality fruit processed will turn into regular quality wine and you'll have to age it as abbi said.

I do not believe the quality of the fruit makes a difference to the price. But if you age the wine in the cellar the longer you age the higher the quality wine and the higher the price.

wine gets quality from how long it has been aged in a cask. Kegs will only produce normal quality wines. The base quality for a wine is 3X the base value of the fruit so no matter what quality the fruit that goes in, it wont affect the price of the wine.
