HELP!! Progress deleted!

I was on year 2, almost year 3 with a husband, chickens, cows and a big farm when all of a sudden it says I'm on year 1 day 6 and all of my progress is gone! What also is weird is that it's not my normal farm land - it's my co-op land that I have with my friends. I know this because there are multiple houses and it looks exactly like how we made ours.

I don't know how this is possible, so if I could get some help that would be great.
(Also, I didn't press the co-op button or anything because I clicked load again and it still said year 1 day 6.)

Uh oh. Sounds like one of two things happened. Either a file was switched or... (shudders) it got overwritten by mistake. Let's hope it's not the latter.

I'm not familiar with co-op or how it's set up, so I don't know how much help I can be, but I'll try to ask a few questions to help you figure out what happened. Bear with me if they seem dumb.

Have you played on the solo farm since creating the co-op farm? If not, then I'm thinking it somehow overwrote your old farm.
So your solo farm never shows up at all in the loading menu? Do you think it would show up in the Co-op menu somehow?
Do you know where your save files are located on your computer? Look there and see if you can find the folder with your files. If you have only two farms, then there should be two folders under Saves, with your character name and a bunch of numbers, eg JonSnow123456789. BUT if you only have one, then your solo farm might be deleted. I don't know how to help after that, unless you backed up your data somewhere.

Sorry it took so long to reply, and thank you for the help!
I have played it since I've played my co-op world and no I cannot find the save files on my computer but it's probably just me not using my common sense. And at the loading menu I thought it said my normal farm it just said a different day but honestly I don't remember what it was called. I'll recheck everything and if I still can't find the answer then it'll just be a long cause. Again, thank you so much for the help.

Ah! I just found something out.
So I found my save files and there's 4 (Which there should be 4) And so I entered the game but only 3 games appeared, and the one that's missing is my main one. I don't know how it's possible for it to be in the files but not in the game, but I'll look into it more. If you know anything else that could explain this please tell ^-^ thank you!

Just to make sure, you have 4 game folders with different character names, but only 3 farms are showing up in-game (each folder has four files)? If yes, very strange. Unfortunately, I don't know what's causing it or how to fix it, but if your folder is still there, then that probably means it's not deleted, but something is keeping it from loading. Hopefully someone else can be better help.

Out of curiosity, do you use mods? If yes, then maybe a mod broke somehow and you need it to load the game.

In the meantime, now that you know where to find your save files, I recommend making backup copies somewhere safe to help prevent total loss.
