early game means of changing profession

I chose my profession completely by accident because I was clicking through end of day prompts and didn't expect a level up
I don't want rancher
literally noone wants rancher
how do I fix this without the shrine of whatever?
I tried editing saves by searching "<professions>" but I couldn't find the save I'm using now

For early game profit ?
Don't worry, you can fish.
If you don't like fish, try coffee.
Artisan won't affect the coffee price, and no need.

20 keg, 100+(I suggest 110 for safe) coffee bush,
brew coffee when wake up, brew coffee again before sleep.
And you can earn 6000g per day. (half spring and all summer)
20 keg, 200+ coffee bush, and you can earn 6000g per day almost all year.

Of course you can plant more coffee bush and brew more often.
Be careful, don't plant too many coffee in second year summer.
I plant more than 500 coffee bush without any sprinkler.....

If you can go into the sewers there is a statue that you pay and it will let you change professions. I think it will cost $10,000 gold.

The profit is good, but I stay in farm before 4:00 PM.

the issue is that I should have 4 save files and for some reason I can only find 3 and the one that's relevant is the missing one

2019-08-05 - SMAPI 2.11.2 with Stardew Valley 1.3.36
as a zip
it has my save file but if it's in the backups folder is the game gonna read from that

you can use mod if you want. CJB cheat could do that and you can delete the mod after changing if you dont like the idea of cheating

I don't really regard it cheating to fix something that I never intended in the first place given the situation
I was just mashing through a menu
didn't know CJB cheat could fix profession, I'll give it a try
