Seeds keep disappearing
Yesterday I did some changes to the layout of my farm and when I'm heading to the forest to collect hard wood when I noticed that seeds keep disappearing.
(https://stardew.info/planner/warm-bulldog-65/ Farm layout)
They have only been disappearing near in the rows towards the forest, from the row just above the bottom part down. It's not the crows as I have the entire area covered in Rarecrows.

Anyone got a clue as to how this keeps happening?

I can't look at your link; Steam says there's something fishy with it.

Steam is trying to open http://(https://stardew.info/planner/warm-bulldog-65/
Won't work of course.
Just copy it from the thread https://stardew.info/planner/warm-bulldog-65/

My first thought is to double check your actual placement of scarecrows. The map looks like you should have coverage, assuming the scarecrows are in those places in the game.

Hmm, the only other things I can think of (besides crows getting to unprotected crops) are actions that you would be likely to notice, like a meteor drop. The other action you are likely to notice, but I am mentioning it just in case, is accidentally using the wrong tool. I have done that upon occasion and accidentally reduced my farm block to an empty dirt block. Which is very frustrating because it definitely kills the plant.

An obvious question to think about that I forgot to ask is: Do you have any mods installed?

That one seems unlikely to make seeds disappear. I am afraid I have gone through everything I can think of. I hope you figure out what is happening.

That is truly unfortunate. Good luck with the next farm!

Just so as not to assume: they went completely missing?.. rather than shriveled brown? (the latter case is when lightning kills it.)

Ah, excellent point. I forgot about the lightning.

yes they were just completely gone, no dead plant, no crow, just a patch of tilled soil

Did you have a lightning rod? From the wiki: "During thunderstorms there is a possibility that lightning strikes can destroy crops and trees, and temporarily change Fruit Trees into coal trees."

I do not remember what a crop block looks like after lightning hits, but this does seem like the most likely source of your issue. If you did not have lightning rods in place.
