Deluxe barn has no Auto feeder/collector in it.
I hope someone can help. I just upgraded my barn for the 2nd time to the deluxe version and it has no auto feeder in it. In my last game it was right near the door. Has this been taken away? I would rather not have to pay Marnie 25,000 gold for something that should come with the upgrade. This same thing happened to my partner this week. Is this a glitch or is this a change in the game? If it is a glitch how can I fix it please ?

No I don't use any Mods... and yes it is feeding but not grabbing... I have and auto grab it in my other game and I don't recall purchasing it alone. in the second picture its definitely an autograbber and not feeder. you need farming level 10 in order to purchase an autograbber while you can build the barn whenever you like or can afford it. wouldnt make much sense if the autograbber came with the barn even if you dont have farming level 10 yet.

my deluxe barn never came with a grabber as far as i can remember.

look at the third interior picture, there isnt any either.

im pretty sure you can remove the autograbber with a pickaxe though. is it empty? maybe you cant move it while its full, never tried to move a full grabber before.

oh yeah im a dummy you can remove it with everything i suppose, just had to read it up lol.

from the wiki:

Auto-Grabbers can be placed anywhere, but will not do anything unless placed inside a Barn. To remove an Auto-Grabber, it must be struck with a tool (repeated left-clicking or holding left-click will not work).

im not sure if you mistake the autograbber, which costs 25,000, with the autofeeder. the autofeeder does indeed come with the deluxe barn upgrade and does not look any different than usual i think and is right in the top leftish corner by default. the autograbber on the other hand has to be purchased seperately. if you mean the autograbber then this is neither a change nor a glitch. it has always been like this since it was implemented.

do you have any screenshots so we can compare the two barns?

interestingly i got my autograbber in a chest in one of the desert skull cavern floors - maybe thats where you got it

I havent quite made it to the skull caverns yet but perhaps I got it somewhere else. .. Ya never know.. my memory is horrible sometimes. Thanks for the input.
