Annoing Background Sound in Fall

Hello,

i love the Wind Sound etc from fall. BUT there is a Sound in Background that comes every 10 seconds that sounds like a dont know trumpet, cow, its sooooo annoing first i thought it must be in RL and heared arround. But after Set the Speakers off i found out its The Game.^^

Is there a Mod or can i delete that annoing sound that kills my nerves every 10 sec and is 1-2 sec long?

It is an ambient sound that also plays in the lev40+ mines that was sampled from a dog barking and then slowed down a bit. It is too distorted to intentionally sound like a dog, so it is probably a free (or very cheap) asset that the dev used to save some money. I turn the volume way down when I am in Fall or in the mines at that level as that sound clip drives me nutz. I play my own music over top and it works just fine. The midi sounds get to be far too repetitive anyway.

Thx a lot...so im not the only that hates t his sound. The good side is it only appears after night 19pm i think, so its ok for now.

I dont like to much the Bee Sound in the Summer too. The Rest of the Sounds are good. Only the Ocean needs a bit more variety. And some other sounds too needs more variety maybe this get patched or modded. So far i found only Music no Ambience Sound Mods.

I have no idea what sounds you're even referring to... Never noticed any "Bee Sound" or distorted dog barks in my 500 hours of gameplay. Anyone else able to help me figure this out?

Not sure what you're talking about bee noise, none of the background noise in this game annoys me, never even noticed this tuba noise you refer to, i think the ocean is fine.

The "dog" sound doesn't come on every 10 seconds. That would be the crow. (I'm listening to the ambient sound right now) and there is a wind sound along with a wind chime noise. There's no 'trumpet or cow' noise in the fall outdoor ambient.

Fall at night (past 7pm) you here, with a few seconds pause, all the time a Sound in the Background. Its not loud but a lot annoing after you recognize it.

Yes Indeed...but it sounds more natural (in your Video) and is so not annoing.

Are you talking about the wind blowing? Because that's literally the only ambient noise... Does it start and stop at a certain time of day? Maybe I'm just never at my farm during that time?

Only at night and in all Maps. Farm, outside Farm but not in interiors like mines or Buildings.

It's not the wind noise, it's a quieter sound in the background. It seems that there is a slightly softer wind sound in the background like a yelp, no idea asking the developers. I suspect that this background noise is just cheap and therefore so annoying, for me at least and some others that are more noise sensitive.

A lot of other people (after I googled around) heard that noise. And that's where I got the video from. Not sure how to explain it but there's 0 way of changing the ambients of the game, unless you had access to the code itself. I suggest just playing your own music over the game for some moments could help you, or lower the ambient volume in the game settings. The default is 75%, so maybe having it lower could help you not notice it much.

Yes a good idead, good its only in fall at night. I like the Sounds excluded that one^^ and without the ingame sounds the game loose a lot ambience for me.
