Can I make replacer furniture mods, into Custom furniture to buy in the catalogue instead?

I hope my title made sense... mainly I want to take some replacer furniture mods and put them into my Stardew world without replacing original vanilla stuff, but adding in more furntire to customize my home.

I love so many of them, and it wants me to replace other files. But I have other files with that same name that I want to keep, such as the bathroom I put in and then the repalcement mod of my cellar. Luckily those don't clash with one another (different file names). But now I want to have a new kitchen and new living room from other seperate mods, but I can't have all of these at the same time in the folder.

I have:
custom furntire
XNB.node
xnb loader
smapi
entoarox framework.

If I have the correct programs already, then I'm just not understanding the process. If that's the case a list breakdown of steps can do wonders too! Thank you anyone who can help. :)
